To file for arbitration please complete the Arbitration Form. When submitting, please also attach typewritten explanation of the events, and any documentation you would like to be seen by the Grievance Committee

Reminders:
▪ Mandatory arbitration is only between REALTORS and/or Participants in MLS
▪ A specific amount must be claimed
▪ There is a nonrefundable $500 filing fee
▪ There must have been a completed sale (closing)
▪ Filings must be within 180 days of the closing
▪ There must be a basis for the award (usually the MLS offer of compensation)
