A RALSC membership ensures access to a platform that facilitates networking and collaboration within the real estate community, presenting valuable avenues for fostering business relationships.

RALSC Affiliate Dues amount to $300 per calendar year and are prorated based on the joining date of the member. Renewals begin October 1st – December 15th. If you are joining during billing, the full year of membership dues will be invoiced to you in the amount of $300 along with the prorated amount for the remainder of the year.

Note: You do not have to reapply for an Affiliate Membership. Simply pay the renewal invoice and your membership will continue. If the invoice is unpaid then the membership is terminated.
