The following required courses must be completed within the specified timeframes following your join date with the REALTORS® Association of Lake & Sumter Counties: Failing to provide a reason for an extension to Membership Services will result in all fees associated with joining, being forfeited and your membership being deactivated.

Must be completed within 90 Days:
• New Member Orientation (includes New Member Code of Ethics)
Must be completed within 60 Days:
• Starting out Stellar 100
• MLS Basic
• MLS Compliance 101
• MLS Adding & Editing Listings

MLS Only Application

According to Article VI, Section 2(c) of the RALSC Bylaws: Designated REALTOR® Members shall also notify the Association of any additional individual(s) licensed under the firm(s) within sixty (60) days of the date of affiliation or separation of the individual.
