Dues & Fees
Upon paying your initial fees and dues at the time of application submission, you will be granted full RALSC primary REALTOR® member rights and privileges.
The bill is structured by the month you join the Association. Except for one-time fees, dues will be prorated based on the month you join. For example, if you join in March, you will pay for March to December. If you join in May, you pay for May through December.
Invoicing for Stellar MLS services will be billed separately.
